Administers Medicaid in-home services, non-Medicaid, and other community services. These services empower seniors and persons with disabilities with the resources necessary to remain in their own home. Programs include: Senior Information and Assistance, Medicaid/Non-Medicaid Case Management and Medicaid/Non-Medicaid in-home care, Family Caregiver Support Program (including Kinship Care), Senior Nutrition Program, Legal Services, Senior Transportation, Long Term Care Ombudsman and Gatekeeper Programs.
