Community Living Connections offered by King County 211

Operates the central access point for Community Living Connections, a network of services for older adults and adults with disabilities. Helps participants find supports and services for living independently in the community. Assists participants in accessing supports and services if they are unable to do so themselves.   Participants will be referred to region leads or other network agencies if they need more extensive or on-going assistance and service planning.
