Education, Workshops, and Forums: provided to better understand Alzheimer's and dementia, learn strategies for caregiving, and gain tools to improve quality of life. Care Consultation: provides one-on-one consultation with a professional care consultant for personalized assessment, care planning, and decision making support. Conferences: learn from experts in dementia care, support and research at conferences designed for healthcare professionals and family caregivers including the annual Discovery Alzheimer's Regional Conference.
