Hyde Shuttle offered by Sound Generations
Door-to-door van program transports older adults and people with disabilities to: - Neighborhood hot meal programs - Medical appointments - Senior centers - Grocery stores - Other local destinations. Provides older adults and people with disabilities with an opportunity to socialize with others and stay active within their communities. Hyde Shuttles only travel inside their local service area. For example, the Renton Hyde Shuttle operates only within the city limits of Renton. Client would have to set 2 appointments for an outing. One for pick up and one for drop off. Vans sanitized daily.

Application process
Call for more information about sites and days of service or to enroll. There is a minimum of a one-day notice for ride requests, up to 30 days in advance. Ride scheduling also available on website. Visit website for a map of neighborhoods served.
Fee
None; donations are welcome.
Eligibility
Adults ages 55 and older OR People with disabilities AND Must live in service area. Hyde Shuttles operate in the following cities and neighborhoods: - Beacon Hill – Southeast Seattle - Burien – Highline - Central Seattle (First Hill, Capitol Hill, Central Area and the International District) - Des Moines – Normandy Park - Federal Way - Kent - Northeast Seattle - Northwest Seattle - Queen Anne/Magnolia/Interbay - Renton - SeaTac/Tukwila - Shoreline – Lake Forest Park - Snoqualmie Valley - Skyway - West Seattle - Auburn - Bellevue - Kirkland - Redmond No more than 11 riders at a time.
