MAT Services offered at Community Health Center of Snohomish County - Lynnwood Clinic
Provides suboxone and vivitrol medications in a medical clinic setting. Clients must set up a PCP with Community Health of Snohomish County prior to being refered to meet with a MAT prescriber. Induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days after discussing with PCP. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by cae basis. Counseling is not required to receive MAT services.

For the uninsured, a discounted fee program is available based upon a family's financial resources.
