The Board of Commissioners of the Authority is comprised of the three Kitsap County Commissioners and the mayors or representatives of Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, and Port Orchard, as well as a resident commissioner.  The Authority's activities primarily involve administration of various federal housing programs and low rent Public Housing.
