WISe - Wraparound with Intensive Services: A team-based planning process for children and families with needs in a variety of areas, supported by therapy, 24 hour crisis response, and psychiatric support for Medicaid recipients between the ages of birth - 20 years old who have high needs and multi-system involvement. WISe is designed to help families to identify and work toward goals while building a supportive community team that will remain with the family once the formal intervention is ended. Children's Crisis Stabilization Program: Short-term support for youth who are experiencing mental health crisis to support them in their homes and communities. Available to all youth who reside in Mason County and their families. Agency provides state-certified service(s).
