Training - School Transit offered at Community Transit - Snohomish County

Teaches students (1st, 3rd and 5th graders; junior and senior high school special education students; and international college students) how to ride the bus (i.e., read schedules and use safety measures/make transfers).  Course consists of 1/2 hour spent in the classroom & 1/2 hour spent on a bus.

Community Transit - Snohomish County

A public transportation system which provides local fixed-route bus service to Arlington, Bothell, Darrington, Edmonds, downtown Everett, Gold Bar, Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Oso, Quil Ceda, Snohomish, Stanwood and Sultan.  The agency provides commuter bus service to downtown Seattle and the UW District.  Community Transit operates a vanpool program and coordinates with a regional ride match system to facilitate carpools. Community Transit also provides ADA paratransit service (Dial-A-Ride-Transportation, or DART) throughout Snohomish County.
