Provides services related to civil traffic infractions and all criminal misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor incidents that occur within the city of Black Diamond and are filed with the court. Payment of fines may be made at the court. The court schedules arraignments, pre-trial hearings, non jury and jury trials, sentencing, etc. The court provides related services including applying for legal representation for indigent individuals and public defense screener services.
