Provides free public videophone use for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Videophones are used to connect with Video Relay Service and Video Remote Interpreting, or to make calls directly to other Deaf individuals or sign language users. Offers training for individuals or businesses on how to acquire and use videophones.

Eligibility
Individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing, as well as hearing interpreters and other users of sign language who need to make phone calls to individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing. All individuals and businesses are eligible for training.
