Fall Prevention Classes offered at Auburn Senior Activity Center (SAIL)

Teaches fall prevention through SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) - a strength, balance and fitness program for older adults. SAIL classes consist of a warm up, light aerobics, strength and balance training and cool down. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
