The HUD-VASH program is a collaborative effort between the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S Department of Veteran Affairs Supported Housing program to help homeless veterans and their immediate families to find and maintain affordable, safe, and permanent housing in the community.

Provides inpatient, outpatient and primary care; presently offering internal medicine, substance abuse treatment, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, oncology and mental health services. Also provides rehabilitation care through Rehab Nursing Home Care Unit.
