County will do an inspection in the home to determine what repairs it needs to keep it at housing market to keep home owner living in the home. - Rental housing: Expands the supply of affordable rental housing available to extremely low-to very low-income home renters. Explores the feasibility, options, and select a model to pilot to provide landlord rental rehabilitation for very low to moderate-income rental households in Year 5. - Home ownership: Provides assistance to developers, sponsors, or owners to assist extremely low- to very-income households that are prepared to become home owners.
