Provides information on Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare supplements and Part D plans for seniors and individuals on disability via volunteers who are trained by the WA State Office of Insurance Commissioner. Each volunteer has a training plan, and is mentored by a "buddy" volunteer until he/she is ready to work independently.
