Adult Day Services at ICHS Legacy House helps seniors with changing physical or cognitive abilities thrive and provides caregivers with respite. Supportive care from a nurse and rehabilitative occupational therapy will help improve you or your loved one’s quality of life. Organized group activities and social interaction will increase opportunities for friends, learning and growth. Each day includes a nutritious Asian-style lunch with servings of fresh fruits and vegetables. Need a lift to Legacy House? We will coordinate a trained driver and lift-outfitted van to provide door-to-door, round-trip transportation. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 or older and require medical or rehabilitative services to live independently.

Fee

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private pay and Respite Care ADS.

International Community Health Services

Manages four clinics that offer affordable primary medical and dental care. Staff is multi-lingual in more than 50 languages and dialects. Provides immunizations, family planning, prenatal care, well-child checkups, sports physicals, behavioral health services, nutrition services, and STD testing and treatment. Offers complete eye exam services for adults and children, including prescriptions for glasses and referrals for specialty care at the International District location. Operates the Chinese Traditional Medicine Clinic, which uses acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine and acupressure to treat and prevent diseases. In addition, Operates a Mobile Dental Clinic, traveling to different Seattle Public Schools to provide dental services to students. Also operates two school-based health centers to provide on-site primary care and behavioral health services to students. Assists students and their families in finding health insurance, community-based health and wellness services, and other community resources.
