Manages a therapeutic living environment mainly for patients leaving psychiatric hospitals.  Residents are expected to participate and be involved in an ongoing treatment program. The program includes treatment, medication monitoring, and social and recreational activities.

Must complete a Level of Care Screening through King County Behavioral Health and Recovery Division - Mental Health Residential Treatment Team.

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Eligibility

Medicaid-eligible adults ages 18 and older with severe and persistent mental illness. Must be ambulatory and committed to being free of street drugs and alcohol.
