WIC is a nutrition education and supplemental food program serving eligible pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants, and children. WIC provides ongoing nutrition education through workshops, educational boards, and one-on-one counseling.

To be eligible applicants must: Live in Washington State, and be pregnant, a new mother, or a child under five years of age, and meet the income guidelines set by the Washington State WIC Nutrition program, and have a medical or nutritional need.
