Funding is available once per lifetime (up to $250 for utilities; rental assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis). Limited assistance for oil/propane; does not provide firewood. All payments are made directly to vendors.

W, 10am, until capacity is reached (telephone only). Closed major holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. During inclement weather, follows the closing/late opening procedures of the Vancouver Public School District.
