NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Participants gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need.

The following meetings are available: • Online on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, 7-8:30 pm by Zoom here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84189753225 • In Person on Whidbey Island on the third Wednesdays, 1-2:30pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 18341 WA-525, Freeland, WA 98249.
