Surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve their goals in life. Places highly trained Student Support Coordinators directly in K-12 schools, throughout Benton and Franklin Counties, to address the systemic barriers and personal obstacles standing between students and their success in the classroom and beyond. School-based staff works every day to address complex matters like social-emotional wellness and access to mental and physical health care while ensuring students have access to basic needs like food, stable housing and technology.

Offers individualized wrap-around services to students while also coordinating school-wide activities to support all students in the school. Builds relationships with students and their families to connect and provide them with needed school and community supports to achieve academic and non-academic success.
