Call 2-1-1 for screening. Callers may also call ELAP directly; NO drop-ins are accepted. For Spanish only, call 425-620-2778. An interpreter service is available by phone for clients who do not speak English

Eligibility
ELAP serves people living in King County, except those living in Seattle with household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and who are not represented by a lawyer.

Eastside Legal Assistance Program
Provides free legal assistance and information to low-income people living in East, Northeast and Southeast King County and to low-income domestic violence survivors living throughout King County. Provides specialized legal services for domestic violence survivors, and offers legal clinics covering adult guardianship, DV/family law, elder law, immigration, and general law. Wills Clinic operates quarterly.
