Provides a mediation training program for people who want to learn to be a mediator.   Also provides community education workshops about various methods of conflict resolution and collaborative problem solving for people who want to learn better skills to use when they are in conflict.   Can also design customized workshops or training programs.

Provides low-cost mediation and conflict resolution services to individuals, businesses and families in King County for a wide variety of issues such as neighborhood problems, landlord-tenant issues, personal property, foreclosure, business consumer problems and employer/employee grievances. Offers mediation before hearings at small-claims court. Services available remote by phone, Zoom or Teams meetings.
