Washington New Americans Program offered at OneAmerica, With Justice for All
Partners with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and community organizations across Washington to provide the following services: - Information about the naturalization process - Citizenship application assistance (N-400 – including reduced fees - and 1-912 fee waiver forms) - Legal review of applications by a volunteer attorney or accredited representative Also provides 10 free citizenship application workshops around Washington State every year. Workshops are best for people with simple applications and for people who have the confidence/ability to represent themselves after the workshops. Others can be referred to our nonprofit partners for full service or to private attorneys.

Leave a voicemail or text to be referred to an organization or upcoming citizenship clinic. Calls are returned within 2-3 days, texts within 1-2 days (approximately). Website offers a map of nearby organizations and individuals who can assist with citizenship applications, filterable by language.
