Has 280 housing units owned and maintained by the Housing Authority. Housing is federally subsidized for extremely low, very low, and low income populations. Affordable Apartments: Provides non-subsidized below market rate apartments available to those whose income is at 30% to 80% of area median income. Unites are1 to 6 bedrooms.
