Community Supervision offered by Department of Corrections at Seattle Community Justice Center
Supervises all adults with felonies that are - Placed on community supervision by the state's Superior Courts, - Placed on post-release supervision from a state correctional institution - Transferred from another state under the Interstate Compact Agreement. Provides comprehensive monitoring, programming, training, referrals and other important services to those who have been released from prison, jail, or sentenced directly by the court and are on community supervision. Specific services include chemical dependency treatment, employment assistance, mental health services and education.

Eligibility
Clients have either been convicted of a gross misdemeanor or a felony. Must be referred by Washington State Superior Court or the Washington State Indeterminate Sentencing Review Board, or be transferred from another state under the Interstate Compact Agreement.

Provides community custody supervision to those adults with felonies and misdemeanors and who were sentenced through Superior Court, those released through the Washington prison system and those transferred from other states under the Interstate Compact Agreement. Supervision includes comprehensive case management, sanctioning for non-compliance and treatment and programming for those with highest needs as resources are available. Integral to supervision and re-entry is re-establishment of community ties and linkage to community services and support services agencies.
