Operates a resource center where people experiencing homelessness can get help finding housing and other resources. Schedules and conducts CEA assessments for possible housing referrals to programs such as Rapid Rehousing, Transitional Housing, Permanent Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing.

Contact a Regional Access Point for an assessment appointment. Some sites also have drop-in hours. After assessment, visit a shelter or homeless day center to connect with a housing case manager who can provide nominations for housing programs. Households experiencing homelessness in King County are able to access any Regional Access Point, not just the one they are located nearest.

Eligibility
Those who do not have consistent stable housing and/or are living or sleeping outside or sleeping in a place not meant for human habitation. Additionally: - Young adults ages 17½-24, without children, who are homeless or who are at imminent risk of homelessness within 14 days. - Families or individuals fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence. - Families or individuals exiting an institution they have resided in for fewer than 90 days and who were literally homeless before entering the institution. Prioritizes the most vulnerable households, especially those at high risk for developing serious and life-threatening health complications from COVID-19.
