Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Helps Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families.

Habitat For Humanity South Puget Sound

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity is a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Founded in 1989, SPS Habitat helps low income families achieve their dream of homeownership. SPS Habitat operates two Habitat Stores in Thurston County that sell reusable building materials, tools, furniture, appliances and more at greatly discounted prices to the public to raise funds for our homebuilding program. To date SPS Habitat has built over 57 affordable homes in Thurston County.
