Toxics monitoring program collects environmental samples to assess toxic chemicals in soil, fish tissue, and the water column. These include - Spilled oil or other hazardous material - Smoke caused by non-permitted burning - Illegal dumping - Illegal water use - Polluted, oily, or murky water (high turbidity)

Specific recycling and hazardous substance information on many items, including: glass, newspaper, beer bottles, aluminum, cardboard, scrap paper, magazines, plastic, household hazardous waste, used oil, used appliances, scrap metals, toxins, paint, yard waste, tires, phone books, electronics and unwanted medications.
