Provides fire protection, emergency medical aid and rescue services. Offers free blood pressure checks. Operates a mobile intensive care unit, staffed by paramedics, designed to treat and transport critically ill or injured people to the hospital. Safe Haven for Newborns - Accepts newborn babies dropped off by the parent within 72 hours of birth. - The parent shall not be prosecuted, remains anonymous and will be asked for medical history.

Those that are living primarily within Shoreline, Echo Lake, Ronald, Foy, Richmond Beach, Richmond Highlands, Innis Arden and the North City area (North King County bounded on the south by 145th, north by the King County line (205th), east by 35th NE, and west by Puget Sound).
