Provides financial assistance for cancer treatment related expenses such as medication, blood transfusions, lab tests and transportation to medical appointments.

Eligibility

People who have been diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma or other blood-related cancers and receiving active treatment, scheduled to begin treatment, or being monitored by doctor. Generally at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level. Be a United States citizen or permanent resident of U. S. or Puerto Rico.
