Provides substantive information to East African parents to help them understand the US school system, connect with their local schools, and support their children in succeeding academically.  Includes a parents' forum to engage more parents on a regular basis.

Provides information & referral as well as case management to the East African community of Greater Seattle. Offers citizenship classes, computer classes as well as cultural orientation. Operates an after-school program with homework help and a monthly legal clinic.
