A federally funded family involvement program for low-income families with young children. Head Start serves 1 year old to Pre-K, in both full-day and half-day classrooms. Their Family Service Coordinators and room teachers work with families on goals in development, as well as in assisting with the rest of life that happens for the parents. This program is through Community Colleges of Spokane.
