Utility Assistance offered at Blue Mountain Action Council

Provides various utility assistance programs for low-income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Offers utility shut-off prevention for electric or natural gas, for those with a shut-off notice. Offers the Low Income Home Energy Assistance program (LIHEAP). Provides rate reduction for Pacific Power customers who heat with electricity. Provides a 20% discount for low-income senior citizens and low-income disabled citizens who live in the cities of Walla Walla or College Place.
